Sørmarka has large natural areas where children can get active with fun such as ball games. There are bathing opportunities here, and hotel guests can rent canoes. For hikers, we have a marked hiking trail of approx. 3 km around the Syverudtjernet lake.

Bar’39
Bar’39 has been open since August 2018, it has a top modern lounge area which is located right next to the reception. The bar is open from 16:00-00:00 Monday to Saturday and everyone is welcome, not just the hotel guests. Our excellent bartenders can help you with the choice of beverage.

Restaurant Bjørk
The restaurant Bjørk is the focal point of the hotel. The waiters and chefs are passionate about making sure you have a pleasant experience. Both breakfast and lunch is served buffet style with a wide selection of hot and cold food. Our head chef serves a 3-course dinner on request.
We offer options like tapas, smorgasbord, a la carte, BBQ and more. We are more than happy to tailor a solution for your stay. There are also two dining rooms available to book for private or closed events.
Local food and high quality ingredients are an important for the restaurants philosophy and we therefore use fresh ingredients from selected farms in the local region. Our visitors often mention the food as a highlight of their stay.
In addition to our rooms, restaurant and bar we have common rooms you can rent for private gatherings in our hotel.
On your free time we have a fantastic range of outside activities available all year around. From rental of canoes, ice-skates, various sports equipment, forest walks to fishing opportunities or taking a swim in the lake provided its not covered with ice.

Sørmarka is a conference hotel and is equipped with 3 big conference rooms, the biggest with space for 250 people. There are also 10 meeting rooms and 25 rooms for smaller groups. All function rooms are equipped with up to date audio-visual equipment and complimentary wireless Internet access
Sørmarka provides a free parking space and have 5 charging stations for electric cars.

Take road 174 towards E6 approx 5 km.
Follow E6 to Oslo. After cir 35km you will arrive at Alnabru Toll booth. Just after the Toll follow E 6 in the direction of Gøteborg. Stay on E6 for 12 km and take the exit marked 155 Enebakk. Follow 155 for 5.5 km until you see the sign for Sørmarka. Turn off to the right and you will arrive at Sørmarka after 700 m.
Take Ring 3 towards Ryenkrysset or follow the road sign E6 towards Gøteborg. Take the turn off 155 Enebakk approx 12 km from the city center. Follow 155 for 5.5 km until you see the sign for Sørmarka. Turn off to the right and you will arrive at Sørmarka after 700 m. Time for the journey takes 17 min with normal traffic.
Bus NR 550 (Enebakk kirke) from platform nr 23 at Oslo central bus terminal to Sørmarka bus stop. On weekdays the bus departs twice per hour, more often during rush-hours. The journey takes 20 min, and from the bus stop it’s a 10 min walk to the hotel.
