Booking and cancellation terms

Cancellation

Individual rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, unless otherwise stated when booking.

Failure to appear

In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Payment options

Payment is normally made on arrival or departure, unless prepayment has been agreed.

Groups, courses and conferences

Separate terms apply to groups and conferences. These are agreed in writing in connection with the booking.
