We cook based on the season and the location, and allow ingredients from the forest, garden and local area to set the flavor. Sometimes we draw inspiration from other food cultures, but we never compromise on quality.
The food should be genuine, generous and tasty, whatever the occasion.
Restaurant Bjørk is the heart of the house, but we're just as happy to host a barbecue dinner in the garden, a buffet in the banquet hall or a gathering with grilled sausages in the gapahuk.
After dinner, Bar 39 is a natural place to gather for a chat or a drink.

Restaurant Bjørk
At Restaurant Bjørk we serve food that tastes good, made with respect for the ingredients and the season. Here you can enjoy a three-course dinner with colleagues, a buffet for a party or a good meal after a long day out. We let the forest, the kitchen garden and local producers inspire the menu, and cater for both everyday and festive occasions.
Bar 39
Low threshold, good atmosphere. Bar 39 is the informal meeting place after dinner or a day of meetings. Here, the pace slows down and the conversation flows more easily, over a coffee, a beer or something good in a glass. Perfect for a little after-work, a quiet end to the evening or a recharge for the next day.

Wedding, graduation, anniversary or a big birthday - we create the framework for the day you want to remember. Our skilled chefs are happy to tailor the menu to your wishes. We can accommodate both small, intimate gatherings and large parties. While the guests toast, the children can play safely in the outdoor area.
