We at Sørmarka AS process your personal data in various contexts, for example
when you book services from us, stay at our hotels, use the services we provide and in
certain other contexts. In our privacy policy you will find information about our
processing of personal data. Below you will also find contact information if you have
questions or will require access. We take privacy seriously and process your data in accordance with
Personal Data Act and GDPR.

What we collect and why
We process personal data only when it is necessary:
• Booking and accommodation: contact information, order details and payment information to complete your order.
In some cases, we may store your passport number and information about allergies or other needs (only when you provide this yourself).
• Customer service: information you provide when you contact us.
• Marketing: e-mail address and telephone number may be used to send you offers if you are a customer or have given your consent.
• Safety: use of key cards can be logged for security and fire safety reasons.
We store the data for as long as it is necessary or as long as required by law (e.g. the Bookkeeping Act).

Sharing of personal data
We do not share your information with third parties unless:
- it is necessary to provide the service (for example, booking systems), or
- We are required by law to do so.
Partners who process data on our behalf have a data processing agreement with us.

Marketing and sales
You may receive newsletters or offers if you have given your consent or we have an existing
customer relationship. You can opt out at any time by sending an e-mail to post@sormarka.no.
